BIO

As a college professor and professional business woman, my passion focuses on small business and economic development. I teach Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Change Management, and Principles of Business for two universities. I hold a Ph.D. in Philosophy with an emphasis on Organization Management and a Masters degree in Organizational Management.  I specialize in business plan preparation and acquisition of funds. I also counsel for the SBDC helping start up companies write business plans.

I believe that small business is the backbone of American society and that economic development would not exist if it were not for the Mom and Pop businesses that dot the American landscape. My goals are to work with businesses to achieve financial success through my counseling efforts and teaching methods. My Curriculum Vita can be accessed by clicking here.
